SLM5418Ultra compact 350Ma voltage charging pump

The SLM5418 ultra compact 350mA negative voltage charging pump and adjustable voltage regulator chip are a single chip negative voltage charging pump that integrates a built-in adjustable negative voltage regulator. Its input voltage range is 2.3V to 5.5V, where the negative voltage charging pump can generate an output voltage of - VIN, and the negative pressure regulator can provide an output voltage range of 0V to negative input voltage.

The SLM5418 integrates four low impedance power transistors, ensuring that the charge pump (OUT1) can provide up to 350mA, and the maximum output current of the negative pressure regulator is 200mA.

SLM5418Smaller volume/noise, wider applicability

SLM5418 operates at a constant switching frequency of 1MHz, ensuring low output noise throughout the entire load range. A switching frequency of 1MHz allows for the use of smaller capacitors, making the entire design more compact. The internal soft start circuit of SLM5418 can effectively reduce the surge current during startup and reduce the impact on the system power supply during startup.
