Recently, Shanghai Shuming Semiconductor launched a new product series - SLM34x, a compatible optocoupler isolated single channel gate driver series product. After unremitting efforts and overcoming numerous difficulties, this series of products has finally achieved a zero breakthrough in domestic products and reached the industry-leading technical level.

Product Introduction

The maximum driving current of the SLM34x series products ranges from 1.0A to 4.0A, and there are two options for undervoltage lockout (UVLO), 8.5V/7.5V and 12.5V/11.5V. By adopting industry-leading capacitive isolation technology and fast start "OOK" transmission technology, an isolation voltage of 5kVrms and an isolation surge voltage of up to 10kV have been achieved, with a common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of over 150kV/us, ensuring the reliable transmission of each PWM.

Compared with traditional optocoupler gate drivers, it has a series of advantages such as low delay, low pulse width distortion, strong resistance to common mode transient disturbances, long lifespan, and wide operating temperature range. Compared with competitors, it has a wider working voltage range and stronger resistance to negative pressure at the input end.
