The SLM833X series products independently developed and produced by Suming Semiconductor were exhibited at the 21st Optical Expo. This exhibition showcases three products: SLM8333, SLM8334, and SLM8335, with packaging formats covering QFN and CSP. This series of products integrates linear power stage, pulse width modulation (PWM) power stage, and two zero temperature drift, rail to rail operational amplifiers. The chip adopts an efficient single inductor architecture, achieving more compact, higher conversion efficiency, and lower noise; The power stage integrates ultra-low impedance MOSFETs, which have lower losses and longer lifespan. The SLM883X series products integrate TEC voltage and current monitoring, heating and cooling current limiting and voltage limiting functions, achieving more comprehensive protection. This series of products supports digital PID and analog PID control or is compatible with two control modes. The maximum cooling and heating currents are 1.5A and 3A, respectively.
